Patrick Chaplin: Walk on Girls

WALK ON GIRLS

Due to copyright abuse elsewhere on the internet, I am unable to bring you as many images of the fabulous PDC walk on girls as I would like. However, I do have permission to reproduce those featured here which date back to 2009/2010.

PDC Ladbroke.com World darts Championship 2010

As many of you will have noticed, there were one or two new walk-on girls featured during Round One of this year’s tournament. I’m sorry to say that images of these new young ladies are, as yet, unavailable although I am pulling out all the stops to secure not only images but some information about the girls. As soon as they are received they will be posted on this site.

The good news is that Sarah Tunnicliffe and Nicola Cowell are back so please enjoy the images of these girls from their 2009 appearances and I’ll see if I can provide more recent images of them.

WALK ON GIRLS - 2009

One of the most popular ‘hits’ on my website during the major PDC tournaments is the ‘Walk-on Girls’ section.

So, I apologise for the delay in bringing you images from the World Matchplay 2009 of Nicola Cowell, Sarah Tunnicliffe and Tina.

ENJOY!

LADBROOKES.COM - WHO ARE THOSE WALK-ON GIRLS?

(PDC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2009)

WALK-ON GIRLS

One of the most popular page downloads from my website during the PDC World Championships 2009 was the ‘Walk-on Girls’ page. However, I must apologise for only being able to show visitors images of the young ladies who graced the 2008 event.

Now I am pleased to, rather belatedly, present images of and information about the two girls, both named Nicola, who led the darters on to the stage at the 2009 World Championships at Alexandra Palace; one of whom visitors to this site will recognise from 2008.

That girl is the dark-haired and beautiful Nicola Moriarty, 27, from Cheshire. Nicola was Miss British Isles 2007, and has held the Miss Cheshire, Miss North-West and Miss Bredbury Hall 2007 titles. Nicola was also runner-up UK Model of the Year 2006.

The ‘new girl’ this year is the gorgeous blonde Nicola Cowell, aged 21, from Liverpool. Nicola is the current Miss Blackpool and was MCN Babe 2007.

I thank ‘Lawrence Lustig / PDC’ for permitting me to publish these impressive images of these fantastic young ladies on my website. Thanks too to Dave Allen of the PDC for providing the information about Nicola and Nicola.

ENJOY!

(PDC WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2008)

Despite high quality darts play throughout the Ladbrokes.com World Championship, one common question (from the guys of course) asked of both the PDC and through website is “Who are those gorgeous walk-on girls?”

Thanks to Dave Allen of the PDC, I can reveal that brunette is the current Miss British Isles, Nicola Moriarty from Cheshire. Nicola will be attending a World Beauty Pageant in January in Egypt.

The blonde is Emily Moore from Bournemouth.

I am indebted to the PDC for permission to reproduce here three photographs of the girls in action.

Enjoy!
